We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our second shift operations in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the second shift production team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of manufacturing and packaging tasks.
  • Implement and enforce compliance with GMP and HACCP regulations to ensure high-quality and safe products.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet production goals.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operations and address issues promptly.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Continuously monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle production-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the second shift.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Packaging and Production Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with GMP and HACCP regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and handle production-related issues effectively.
