Benefits Navigator

Maven Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Member Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Member Engagement: Engage with members through various channels, including messaging, live chat, and phone calls, to provide timely and accurate support.
- Benefits Navigation: Assist members in navigating our fertility managed services benefit, including answering non-complex inquiries and providing guidance on benefits design and navigation.
- Wallet Support: Provide support to members regarding Maven Wallet and payments-related issues, including processing receipts and ensuring relevant documentation is submitted for reimbursement requests.
- Ticket Triage: Triage tickets in the Wallet queue to ensure streamlined service and fast response times based on member Wallet requests/issues.
- Knowledge Sharing: Assist other frontline staff with answering frequent questions related to our payments, fertility programs/benefits, and benefits navigation.
- Experience: 1-2 years of member-facing experience in support, preferably in the fertility benefits space.
- Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, strong customer service orientation, high degree of empathy, and proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience managing payments and verbal and written fluency in Spanish.
- Competitive Salary: For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $48,000-70,000 per year.
