Position Summary

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing the management, strategic direction, and operational functions of a designated portfolio. In this capacity, you will track, analyze, and report on the comprehensive execution of business processes utilizing enterprise systems for effective monitoring and reporting.

Your Contributions

The Multifamily Portfolio Manager - Senior Associate position will grant you the autonomy to shape your daily activities while collaborating with dedicated professionals to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Advocate for the portfolio's vision and strategic goals.
  • Assess portfolio advancement and implement necessary adjustments, while communicating performance metrics to essential stakeholders.
  • Analyze asset risks, ensuring adherence to governance and control measures.
Qualifications

Essential Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in programming, including coding, debugging, and utilizing relevant programming languages.
  • Experience in Loan Management, encompassing loan evaluation, classification, fraud detection, and origination.
  • Strong influencing skills, including negotiation, persuasion, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
  • Adept at presenting information and ideas in an engaging and comprehensible manner.
  • Competence in risk assessment and management, including control evaluation, impact assessments, and remediation of risks.
  • Proficient in documentation and database reporting for analysis, data discovery, and decision-making using tools such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS.
  • Relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement and network building.
  • Experience in gathering accurate information to clarify concepts and address critical inquiries.
  • Ability to evaluate businesses, projects, budgets, and financial instruments for viability and performance.
  • Skilled in managing project plans, resources, and personnel to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Experience in creating and managing databases using software such as MySQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB.
  • Ability to collaborate respectfully with individuals from diverse functional backgrounds toward common objectives.
  • Business insight capabilities, including advising, business model design, customer and market interpretation, forecasting, and benchmarking.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Access.
  • Skilled in SQL.
