Job Summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to identify business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct credit analysis and make recommendations on loan applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial lending transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
