Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced shift leader to join our manufacturing team in King City. As a shift leader, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team in a state-of-the-art production area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and monitoring of production processes in your shift consisting of approximately 10 employees
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and production goals
  • Leadership and motivation of employees in your shift
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines

Requirements

  • Completed training in a technical field in the area of electronics, mechatronics, microtechnology, or comparable qualification
  • Experience in production and first experiences in personnel management
  • Independence, teamwork, as well as very good organizational and communication skills
  • Motivation for continuous learning and flexible task assumption
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
