Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain functional capabilities and independence.
About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing evaluations and developing treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Regularly reassessing the effectiveness of treatment plans and attending staffing meetings and family conferences
- Performing discharge evaluations and making recommendations for home and community safety, as well as providing referral and education resources
- Communicating patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
- Collaborating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state where you will be practicing
- Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations
- A minimum of one year's work experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a neurological rehabilitation setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job
We offer a competitive salary range of $89,440.00 to $95,680.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
