Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Implement and execute treatment plans, using a variety of techniques and modalities, including therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
- Manage and oversee support staff, including physical therapist assistants, athletic trainers, and physical therapy aides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR license.
- Experience with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work as a team member and individually with minimal supervision.
