We are seeking an experienced Master Production Scheduler to join our team at Karman Space & Defense. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for spearheading our company's process improvement initiatives and implementing innovative production systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and maintain Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) systems to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Coordinate and plan production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise and manage production teams to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistical challenges and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Master Production Scheduler or similar role.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, Yellow Belt) certifications a plus.
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing and production settings.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning experience, with knowledge of SAP, ORACLE, or EpicCore systems.
  • Proven track record of setting up and implementing production systems.
