Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other specialized tests
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and answering questions
  • Develop and process radiographic images, ensuring high-quality results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in radiology or a related field
  • BLS and ARRT-R certifications, along with a valid MT license
  • Experience with fluoroscopy and other specialized imaging modalities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care

Work Schedule:

8 shifts on, 6 shifts off, with varying night hours and no call required. Must work holidays that fall on scheduled days off. 70-mile radius rule applies.
