The Role

In this exciting role, you will conduct assessments, provide mental health and wellness services, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic services in a school setting. You will also be comfortable traveling to schools in the area and completing documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' mental health needs">
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans">
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions">
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support student success">

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • A master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field">
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)">
  • Experience working with children and adolescents">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment">
