Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, reflecting the importance of your role as a Therapeutic Services Coordinator.

Job Description
  • Program Development: Design and implement therapeutic programs for individuals and groups, utilizing industry-recognized modalities and interventions.
  • Intake Screening and Assessments: Perform comprehensive intake screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs and eligibility.
  • Administrative Functions: Manage program administrative tasks, including documentation, contacts with referral sources, and authorization of treatment with payer sources.
  • Psychoeducational Programming: Develop and deliver psychoeducational programming, incorporating didactic, audio-visual, and other teaching formats.
  • Group and Individual Sessions: Facilitate group and individual sessions, providing support and guidance to clients as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with LADAC certification and 2+ years of experience working in addictive/co-occurring disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
