Salary: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus + Competitive Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes a sign-on bonus of $1,000, paid time off, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary insurance products.


Job Description

The Intensive Outpatient Facilitator provides mental and behavioral health services to individuals and families, facilitating group and individual therapy sessions. This role involves performing intake assessments, ensuring quality programming, and maintaining program administration while collaborating with treatment teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek candidates with a Master's degree in human services or a related field, such as social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, or criminal justice. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field with 2+ years' experience working in addictive/co-occurring disorders or 3 years' experience in addictive/co-occurring disorders and active in the process for licensure as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor is also acceptable.
