Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers warmly and accurately process orders, handle payments, and ensure timely dispatch of delivery personnel.
  • Leverage your strong sales abilities to suggest additional products or promotions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized counter area to foster a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.

Your qualifications include:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong sales and upselling capabilities are essential.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Ability to manage cash transactions and operate a cash register.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of retail mathematics for calculating totals, discounts, and change.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
