Job Summary

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Lone Tree Family Practice. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes intake by welcoming patients and prepares them for healthcare visits
• Obtains medical history and verifies patient information
• Documents vital signs and populates electronic medical records
• Assists providers during examinations and treatments
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Conducts business in a service-oriented manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an accredited healthcare program (e.g. Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, EMT)
• Nationally recognized Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
• Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems
• 1-3 years of experience in Family or Pediatrics
