The Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at SCF plays a crucial role in delivering administrative and technical assistance concerning Human Resources matters, particularly in the area of employee benefits. Our initiatives are tailored to support Alaska Native and American Indian communities within our service area. To thrive in this position, a comprehensive understanding of the cultures and needs of these populations is essential.

Key Qualifications:
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree; OR four years of experience in administrative support; OR a combination of education and experience that demonstrates proficiency; OR established capability as Administrative Support III at SCF
Preferred Attributes:

Preference will be given to Native candidates in accordance with P.L., as amended. Certification is necessary to qualify for this preference.

Health Compliance:

Adherence to Employee Health Procedures is essential for employment at SCF. Candidates must consent to undergo all required health screenings and vaccinations prior to commencing employment.
