Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, server racks, and test equipment.
  • Coordinate with facilities and IT teams to ensure lab infrastructure is properly maintained and upgraded.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues through root cause analysis.
  • Manage inventory of lab supplies and equipment, and ensure asset tracking and maintenance are up-to-date.
  • Optimize lab processes and equipment to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in firmware or software development environments with lab equipment.
  • Proficiency in computer assembly, OS/SW installation, and troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the storage industry and knowledge of NVMe protocol.
