Job Title: Program Management Director

WorldStrides is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Director to lead our Higher Education Custom Programs team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product Delivery teams to design and deliver customized travel programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Program Management: Oversee the development, pricing, and delivery of custom programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Reporting and Development: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Project Management, Education, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of operations or program management experience, with a focus on travel, tourism, education, or a similar industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and program delivery within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong background in collaboration across departments, including Sales, Operations, and Product Delivery teams.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, implementing performance metrics, and process improvement.
