We are currently in search of a seasoned General Superintendent - CIPP to oversee operations in our facilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify project quantities and ensure compliance with traffic and bypass plans.
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Manage critical documentation, local regulations, and permits.
  • Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to identify utility locations.
  • Monitor project scope changes and communicate opportunities for additional revenue or cost savings.
  • Collaborate with project managers to communicate work schedules to clients.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors on-site.
  • Engage with residents regarding work schedules and manage documentation processes.
  • Resolve operational and technical challenges in collaboration with teams.
  • Conduct job surveys for estimating and sales as necessary.
  • Enforce safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Over 4 years of relevant experience in underground utilities, specifically in water, sewer, and storm management.
  • Experience in emergency repairs is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews and direct reports across various locations.
  • Capability to operate heavy machinery.
  • Must be available for on-call duties one week each month.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Possession of a Class A or B CDL, or willingness to obtain one within 180 days of employment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
