Hart Medical Equipment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of relevant customer service experience and a strong orientation towards customer service. You will be proficient in data entry, have strong typing skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate home equipment service requests with our dispatch team to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, and make recommendations for products or services that may complement their needs.
  • Verify medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for all insurance-assigned services.
  • Follow policy and work instructions to ensure the billing department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance.
  • Meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service.
