- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to ensure Sonsray Machinery- Portland remains competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue and gross profit margin goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling heavy or compact construction equipment.
- Strong understanding of the construction equipment industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
