The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Digital Therapeutics Account Executive to lead customer-facing efforts with target healthcare providers, driving the successful commercial launch of EndeavorRx. As a key member of our team, you will establish and grow relationships with healthcare providers and key influencers, promoting awareness, adoption, and advocacy for our product.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish, grow, and retain relationships with healthcare providers and key influencers to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy for EndeavorRx.
  2. Support the office in prescribing and supporting their patients with EndeavorRx.
  3. Analyze, develop, and grow territory business, achieving sales growth in territory and delivering strong sales results.
  4. Spearhead our leading-edge customer engagement model, driving optimization in customer outreach.
  5. Manage assigned territory, ensuring alignment with leadership on sales calls and maximizing allocated budget for customer-facing expenses.
  6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure education and resources are available to address HCP customer needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in therapeutics sales, preferably with launch experience in a first-in-class product.
  • 2+ years of experience in the ADHD and/or Neurology field.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience engaging customers to understand and adopt a new product class.
  • Experience operating under and strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to the sale of therapeutic products.
  • Understanding of EMR/EHR systems.
  • Understanding of payor and reimbursement landscape.
  • Working knowledge of sales enablement platforms.
  • Experience in virtual meeting interactions and platforms.
