Job Title: Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at DH Pace Company, Inc. in Boston, MA.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their service needs and accurately document information in our system.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution.
  • Utilize knowledge of technician strengths and weaknesses to optimize dispatching and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Schedule technicians geographically to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that each technician's schedule is set for the next day by the end of each workday.
  • Manage subcontractor scheduling, ensuring timely completion of customer service requests.
  • Purchase parts and track returns to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Create service quotes for customers as requested.
  • Represent the company professionally with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional service to customers, regardless of the situation.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in dispatch and administration is essential.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in technical applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of the security industry is a plus.
