About the Position:

The District of Columbia District Court is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Case Administrator in its Clerk's Office. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the court's operations, ensuring the smooth administration of justice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of court cases, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to judges, court staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clerk's Office.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as court administration or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
