Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at Ashlin Management Group.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating services and ensuring clients make meaningful progress toward increasing earnings and securing stable housing.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all services and help clients overcome barriers to housing stability and self-sufficiency.
- Develop trusting relationships with clients and monitor their progress on the housing stability journey.
- Conduct outreach to referred clients, engage them in 2Gen activities, and re-engage those who have stopped participating.
- Identify goals and activities appropriate for housing stability, barrier removal, and career-pathways.
- Coordinate with TEP providers to identify education and occupational training programs and employment opportunities for families.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience providing case management services, or two years of work experience in a social service and/or human service field.
- Certification and/or licensure in a relevant discipline may substitute for educational requirements.
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply to ensure culturally competent and linguistically appropriate services.
