Salary Range: $16 to $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging programs tailored to various age groups
  • Utilize diverse educational methods (storytelling, play-based learning, multimedia, etc.) to facilitate learning
  • Observe and interact with each child to enhance their social skills and self-esteem
  • Encourage peer interaction and collaborative problem-solving
  • Guide children in developing their creative and practical skills through a thoughtfully crafted curriculum (identifying shapes, numbers, colors, engaging in crafts, etc.)
  • Organize and supervise nap and snack times to ensure safety
  • Monitor children's progress and communicate updates to parents
  • Engage with parents to understand their children's backgrounds and needs
  • Collaborate with fellow educators
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families
