Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator for our Twos and Preschool program.


Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and responsibility
  • Ability to manage conflicts effectively
  • Emotional intelligence and creativity
  • Passion for teaching young children

As an educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging weekly lesson plans that encompass all 10 learning centers, tailored specifically for preschool-aged children.


Additionally, you will observe each child to foster their social skills and enhance their self-esteem. Proficiency in classroom management and behavior guidance is essential. Experience with Paths to Quality and the ability to design lesson plans aligned with Indiana Foundations is required.


Child to Staff Ratio: 10:1 and 5:1, with the possibility of additional support through an assistant if necessary.


A CDA credential (with prior preschool experience) or an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education is mandatory.
