We're a dynamic and growing commercial/industrial electrical contractor based in Southern Maine, seeking skilled electricians to join our team. As a licensed Journeyman Electrician, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of cutting-edge commercial and industrial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
  • Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layout
  • Perform electrical work in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure efficient project completion
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice electricians

Qualifications

  • Journeyman/Journeywoman or equivalent certification as an Electrician
  • Proficiency in low voltage and high voltage systems
  • Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Experience in industrial electrical work is a plus
  • Knowledge of frame carpentry for electrical installations
  • Ability to work on construction sites and in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
