Job Summary

DMF Lighting is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the senior executive team, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and external Customers to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Exhibit strong decision-making capabilities to address challenges and obstacles promptly, maintaining project momentum without the need for constant oversight.
  • Anticipate potential issues and develop innovative solutions proactively, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, optimizing productivity and project outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the LED design and manufacturing industry overseeing key projects from start to finish.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
