We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager/Program Manager to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and that project deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure project management best practices are followed.
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders, including project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale government projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Experience with project planning tools, including Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Asana.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and develop project plans that align with those objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry-recognized project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience with project management software, including project management information systems (PMIS) and project management office (PMO) tools.
  • Experience with data cleansing and migration tools and techniques.
  • Experience with accounting and budgeting principles.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting government statutes and regulations.
