Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a key member of our assessment team, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnoses to children referred for autism services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough developmental evaluations for children primarily aged 0-4, with a focus on assessing cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide accurate and detailed differential diagnoses for children referred for autism services, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, including Family Support and ABA teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care for our clients.
  • Potentially supervise Post-Doctoral Fellows and contribute to the development of our assessment team.
Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Significant experience in assessing children with autism and other developmental differences, with a strong understanding of evidence-based assessment tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specialization in pediatric neuropsychological assessment, with expertise in using ADOS-2, particularly the Toddler Module and Modules 1 & 2.
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental differences, with a strong understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
