The Senior Child Support Technical Analyst will work closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support for our clients in the human services sector
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a Business/Technical Analyst role
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Human Services agencies and programs
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with SDLC and ALM tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Federal systems certification and monitoring reviews
  • IIBA, Agile, or technical certifications
