  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and control, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks to minimize potential losses.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification, Hospitality Industry Certification, or related certifications.
