Client Service Specialist

At Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between guests and the Hair Color Bar team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Recommend products and services to guests, based on their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
- Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
- Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
- Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and people skills, in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
