Executive Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our Government, Funder and Non-Profit Markets segment. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our strategy in these markets, driving growth and innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our Government, Funder and Non-Profit Markets segment, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers, including developing and implementing new products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, funding bodies, and non-profit organizations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure the segment's financial performance meets our expectations.
- 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a government agency, funding body, or non-profit organization.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies, driving growth and innovation, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to understand the business implications of decisions and exercise sound judgement.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
