ClinLab Staffing is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Greenhouse Manager to lead our facilities operations and maintenance procedures across multiple sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing standard operating procedures and programs for greenhouse and laboratory safety, safety training, chemical inventories, laboratory audits, laboratory operational permits, hazardous waste disposal, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on all training, permits, and incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in greenhouse space planning and coordination of vendor contracts.
  • Lead facilities operations, maintenance procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs for greenhouse and laboratory staff.
  • Coordinate laboratory operational permits, hazardous waste disposal, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide onboarding training, guidance, and support on greenhouse use, initiate new services for tenants as required, and provide advice on tenant-related decisions.
  • Troubleshoot minor greenhouse and lab equipment issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience running a research greenhouse operation and/or science laboratory.
  • Familiarity with the life science industry and regional AgTech ecosystem.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
