RPM ReSearch is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Leader to join our team in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our commercial efforts, including sales, marketing, and business development.

With 5+ years of experience in scientific sales in the Life-science industry, specifically in Toxicology, Pharmacology, and Primates, you will have a strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Your exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving revenue targets. You will be able to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets, and implement best practices, sales methodologies, and tools to support the sales team.

As a Commercial Leader, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support sales efforts. You will also ensure that all sales activities and practices comply with legal and ethical standards.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000-$160,000 per year, depending on experience.
