Position Overview

As a Clinical Supply Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our healthcare facilities by managing the reception and distribution of essential medical supplies. Our Supply Chain team is committed to ensuring that the necessary materials are available to facilitate high-quality patient care.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hands-on management of supplies and data within the Clinical Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Supply Technicians and the Analytics Team to assist in the inventory counting process using handheld devices to perform counts of both low and high-value items in clinical settings, as well as the replenishment process from Central Sterile to procedural and storage areas.
  • Support the receiving and storage processes within the Tecsys Clinical Inventory Management system, utilizing handheld devices for items delivered to Central Sterile.
  • Work under the guidance of clinical inventory management, partnering with Clinical Supply Technicians and clinical staff to accurately document inventory movements within Tecsys, ensuring precise tracking of source and destination locations, lot and serial numbers, and expiration dates of products throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in inventory management is preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a warehouse or clinical environment.
  • Familiarity with automated inventory systems is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: $18 - $20/hr., commensurate with experience.
  • Pay cycle: Weekly | Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
  • Potential coverage may be required for one weekend day per month.
  • This position is onsite.
