Global Supply Chain Strategist

Job Summary
Aquor Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Distribution - Strategy and services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of global distribution performance data, aligning analytics across the globe, and standardizing KPIs.
Main Responsibilities
- Apply supply chain technical knowledge to support business decisions on analytics, definition, and standardization.
- Identify productivity and improvement opportunities related to GD processes and vendor management.
- Develop and manage Service Level Agreements between regions within Distribution and Transportation Hubs.
- Establish KPIs to measure performance of Service Level Agreements.
- Collaborate with Distribution and Transportation Hub representatives to evaluate standardization, leverage best practices, and improvement opportunities amongst their processes.
- Responsible for achieving assigned metrics performance, supporting performance data quality of Global Distribution, and partnering with metric owner to establish action plans for out of track results.
- Support coordination of Operating Business reviews for the Global Distribution organization, ensuring performance metrics are reviewed and aligned with the latest goals and strategies.
- Collaborate on initiatives to develop and drive change management plans to roll out vendor management, risk management, and ensure sustainability.
Requirements
- Master's Degree and 2 years of directly related experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of work experience, or Associate degree and 8 years of experience.
- 2-4 years of related experience in International, Pharmaceutical, or Supply Chain Environment.
- Experience in project management.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Quick process understanding, insight, and visualizing.
- Strong problem solver.
- Good communications skills with all levels of an organization (written and oral).
- Effective collaborator and passion for continuous improvement.
- Self-starter with high attention to detail, able to work on assigned tasks independently, and able to identify and initiate discussions about opportunities for process improvement.
- Good organization and time management skills, ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or SCOR certification.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Operational Excellence tools.
- Process understanding, analysis, and ability to visualize them.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with complex projects or processes and can utilize change management to drive results.
- Able to work both autonomously and in teams.
