Job Description

Donatech is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Distribution organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing Service Level Agreements between regions within Distribution and Transportation Hubs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply Supply Chain knowledge and experience to support the GD business unit in developing and managing Service Level Agreements.
  • Identify and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with Distribution and Transportation Hub representatives to evaluate standardization, leverage best practices, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for achieving assigned metrics performance and supporting performance data quality of Global Distribution.
  • Partner with metric owners to establish action plans for out-of-track results and propose improvement opportunities.
  • Support the coordination of Operating Business reviews for the Global Distribution organization to ensure performance metrics are reviewed and aligned with the latest goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to develop and drive change management plans to roll out vendor management and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree and 2 years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in project management, fluency in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Desirable qualifications include Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, knowledge of MS Project, and Operational Excellence tools.
