About the Role

Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Adobe Workfront Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Adobe Workfront solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Implement Adobe Workfront: Set up and configure Adobe Workfront to meet the specific needs of our clients, including creating custom forms, workflows, templates, and fields to streamline operations and match business processes.
  • Workfront Fusion Expertise: Develop and implement custom scripts and integrations with other enterprise tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across various business functions.
  • User Management and Training: Manage user roles and permissions within Adobe Workfront, providing training and support to users on how to effectively use the platform.
  • System Performance and Monitoring: Monitor system performance and user activity, troubleshooting issues and making adjustments to configurations and workflows as needed.
  • Project Management and Reporting: Utilize Adobe Workfront for project management tasks, creating custom reports and dashboards to help our clients track productivity, project status, and resource utilization.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge and understanding of Workfront mechanics, personas, processes, and implementation, as well as API's and SaaS platforms.
  • Adobe Workfront Expertise: Detailed understanding of Adobe Workfront object types, including custom forms and approval workflows templates durations work effort planned hours.
  • Project Management: Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies with a track record of high-quality deliverables.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and experience working with global teams.
