Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer at Hillsman Inc. in Alpharetta, GA. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with teams, developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and overseeing project implementation.
Qualifications
- Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design skills.
- Experience in Construction Drawings and FF&E specifications.
- Proficiency in creating innovative and functional interior design solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architectural teams and clients.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in interior design.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Professional certifications or licenses are a plus.
- 7 -10 years experience.
- Thorough knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch-Up, Autodesk 3D, and InDesign is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Select all furnishings and finishes for approval by the principal-in-charge.
- Plans and executes the presentation of project designs in a graphic form.
- Coordination with principals, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and employees.
- Overseeing the project design and ensuring that the designs fit with the client’s expectations.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
