Job Overview

W3Global Inc is currently seeking a full-time Concrete Estimator or Project Supervisor with a strong background in concrete estimating.

The successful candidate will be tasked with gathering costs to formulate bids for a range of residential and commercial concrete projects, from small to large scale. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess experience in the following areas:

  • Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing blueprints.
  • Conducting field measurements to generate accurate estimates.
  • Demonstrated expertise in estimating concrete, structural, and flatwork projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction trades, particularly in concrete work.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Engaging with clients and addressing inquiries from general contractors and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will also exhibit the following qualifications:

  • Proficient use of Revu Bluebeam for take-offs and measurements.
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Procore for effective communication with general contractors.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Projects for job scheduling and maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage ongoing projects while identifying future opportunities.
  • Knowledge of SUDAS Standards and Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction.
