Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers at the service desk with a friendly demeanor.
  • Process various forms of payment, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage cash register operations and perform daily reconciliations.
  • Assist with documentation related to insurance and warranty claims.
  • Calculate invoices and manage technician compensation based on service advisor input.
  • Issue receipts and provide change to customers efficiently.
  • Support in generating customer vehicle history reports.
  • Handle returns and process refunds or credits as necessary.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintain organized records of repair orders and related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the service and parts departments.
  • Assist in maintaining the filing system for the service department.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications:
