Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers at the service desk with a friendly demeanor.
- Process various forms of payment, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Manage cash register operations and perform daily reconciliations.
- Assist with documentation related to insurance and warranty claims.
- Calculate invoices and manage technician compensation based on service advisor input.
- Issue receipts and provide change to customers efficiently.
- Support in generating customer vehicle history reports.
- Handle returns and process refunds or credits as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain organized records of repair orders and related documents.
- Provide administrative support to the service and parts departments.
- Assist in maintaining the filing system for the service department.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
