Job Summary

The Installation Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will work closely with the lead Installation Specialist to coordinate and perform equipment installations that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery and pickup of equipment via a CNW truck, ensuring safe transportation and handling.
  • Maintain the operational status of the truck, both on and off the road, to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to move large machines, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Take ownership of your work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and customers, providing clear and concise information.
  • Process documents in a timely manner, including forms for delivery, move, and pickup.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Two years of consistent job history.
