Orchard Software, a leading laboratory information system (LIS) software company, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Carmel, Indiana.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with our software products. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to our software products.
Our ideal candidate is an IT-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Training: Complete all relevant lessons and exercises in the Support Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support Production: Work on a wide range of tickets, developing support skills and providing technical assistance to customers.
The Technical Support Specialist must adhere to Support documentation standards within the Salesforce Service Cloud when working on a ticket. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, using best practices and available resources to determine the issue, breakpoints, and solutions.
