Job Summary:
Orchard Software is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Carmel. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
