Growth Strategy Lead

**Growth Product Lead Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled Growth Product Lead to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative product experiences.
The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to optimize pre-payment conversion rates, design and execute referral programs, and create product-led growth initiatives.
This role requires collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams to run sales/ funnel optimization experiments.
The ideal candidate will lead and inspire an XFN team to ship innovative experiences and drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities include managing the roadmap and team processes to enhance quality and velocity of execution, making tradeoff decisions between business priorities and available resources, and driving effective partnership across product teams and external partners.
The Growth Product Lead will also define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team and deeply understand the core drivers and monitor progress.
