The Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) at ReVision Energy will be instrumental in formulating, organizing, and executing IT strategies that align with the overarching business objectives of the organization. This executive role will spearhead IT initiatives that are vital for fostering the company's growth and success.

In this capacity, you will oversee the creation and ongoing refinement of ReVision's IT Roadmap, which delineates essential IT projects necessary for the company's progress. Your duties will also encompass managing IT governance frameworks, ensuring efficient decision-making processes regarding technology, and supervising changes within the IT landscape.

Your role will involve directing the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of critical business applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Business Intelligence tools, which are crucial for supporting ReVision's data management, operational processes, and reporting needs.

Moreover, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving data management, storage solutions, and information dissemination both internally and externally, with a focus on maximizing data security and accessibility, while also overseeing IT network and infrastructure projects.

This key position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is an integral part of the senior leadership team. You will supervise a dedicated team of full-time professionals, including two managers focused on Network and Infrastructure, as well as Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies as outlined in ReVision's IT Roadmap to support business objectives.
  • Provide leadership in IT that reflects the company's culture, mission, and values.
  • Enhance ReVision's IT governance model and lead communication strategies related to IT.
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT systems with a focus on user engagement, efficiency, and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure business continuity through comprehensive documentation of systems and succession planning.

IT Planning and Management:

  • Stay informed about developments in the IT sector and propose innovative solutions to company leadership.
  • Investigate IT product options, engage with stakeholders, and adhere to due diligence protocols for IT products.
  • Select IT products and vendors that meet both IT and business requirements.
  • Prepare IT budgets and oversee the implementation of new IT systems with an emphasis on effectiveness and security.

When choosing IT products and consultants, it is essential to comply with relevant licensing and security standards. You will define, execute, and troubleshoot IT installations, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

  • Lead and manage the IT team using a human-centered, servant leadership approach.
  • Establish a project management framework and define key performance indicators for the IT team.
  • Manage the IT General Control Framework, including security measures, risk assessments, and continuity planning.

The ideal candidate will have over ten years of relevant experience, including substantial IT management expertise. A strong commitment to values-driven, mission-oriented work and a continuous pursuit of professional development is essential.
