We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and appointment/test scheduling support for our clinical team and assigned physicians/providers.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse group of external callers and visitors, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments and tests
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and correspondence
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Vocational/technical training or equivalent and three years' of increasingly responsible administrative experience in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to compose, proofread, and edit correspondence
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $22, depending on experience.
