Job Title: High Complexity Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate High Complexity Therapist to join our team at AllHealth Network. As a key member of our Recovery Co-Op Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The High Complexity Therapist will work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will provide evidence-based interventions, including counseling, psychotherapy, and case management, to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' behavioral health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed care.
  • Provide counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services to clients, including individuals, families, and groups.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and integration.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review client caseloads, treatment plans, and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field.
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and therapeutic engagement skills, with expertise in evidence-based counseling models and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
